Visa2Visit is a trade name of SADHAM HUSSAIN. Our principal place of business is located at 3, Kulasekaran Street, Pallavaram, Chennai -44. We are registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act with the Identification Number: 33ANVPH6768E1ZK and Udhyam Registration Number -UDYAM-TN-34-0111770.
This document is a legally binding electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This Agreement is between SADHAM HUSSAIN, operating under the trade name Visa2Visit (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm," "We," "Us," or "Our"), and the individual or entity accessing our services (hereinafter referred to as "the Client," "User," or "You").
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1.4 DEFINITION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Our services are strictly restricted to Document Advisory and Application Facilitation. This includes:
Advisory: Providing checklists based on current embassy guidelines.
Facilitation: Assistance in filling forms (DS-160, Schengen portals, etc.).
Logistics: Slot booking for Biometrics/Interviews via VFS Global, BLS, or TLS.
Review: Verification of financial documents for consistency.
We are NOT a government body.
We do NOT issue visas.
We do NOT have "internal influence" or "backdoor access" to any consulate.
We do NOT provide legal advice on immigration or citizenship status.
"Application Platform": The Strapi-powered digital interface used to collect user data.
"Consultancy Fee": The professional charges levied by Visa2Visit for intellectual labor.
"Sovereign Discretion": The absolute right of a foreign government to grant or deny entry.
"Material Fact": Any information that could influence the outcome of a visa application.
3.1.1 DS-160 Advisory: The Client acknowledges that the DS-160 is a legal affidavit. Visa2Visit acts solely as a data-entry assistant. Any discrepancies between the DS-160 and the Client's interview answers are the Client's sole liability.
3.1.2 Administrative Processing (Section 221(g)): If a Client is put under 221(g) "Administrative Processing," the Firm’s duty is considered fulfilled. No refunds or "free follow-ups" are guaranteed beyond the initial filing.
3.2.1 The "90/180 Rule": Visa2Visit provides advice on the Schengen stay calculator. The Client is responsible for ensuring they do not overstay.
3.2.2 Primary Jurisdiction: If a Client intends to stay 10 days in Italy and 2 days in France, but insists on applying via the French Embassy due to slot availability, Visa2Visit will issue a "Risk Warning." If the Client proceeds, they waive all rights to a refund upon rejection for "Jurisdiction Error."
The Client shall not, under any circumstances:
Submit bank statements with modified digital markers.
Provide employment letters for shell companies.
Conceal a prior deportation or criminal record from the Firm.
If the Firm is blacklisted by an embassy due to a Client’s fraudulent submission, the Client agrees to pay Liquidated Damages of ₹5,00,000 to the Firm for loss of business reputation.
"Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Firm, including but not limited to:
Pandemics/Epidemics: Including lockdowns, border closures, or quarantine mandates.
Technological Warfare: Cyber-attacks on government portals (e.g., VFS Global or US Travel Docs).
Diplomatic Crises: Expulsion of diplomats or sudden closure of consulates.
During a Force Majeure event, the Firm’s obligations are suspended. We are not liable for refunding fees if an embassy closes indefinitely after your application is processed by us.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2026, Visa2Visit acts as a Data Fiduciary. We determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data for visa purposes.
We process SPD including but not limited to:
Financial Health: Asset valuation, liabilities, and multi-year tax history.
Biometrics: High-resolution facial scans and digital fingerprints.
Criminal History: Required for "Good Conduct" certificates.
Our Strapi backend collects Device Fingerprints, Browser RTC details, and Geolocation data to verify that the application is being filled by the actual user and not a bot or an unauthorized agent.
Any fees paid towards Embassy Fees, VFS Service Charges, or Courier Charges are strictly non-refundable. These are third-party payments over which Visa2Visit has zero control.
Visa2Visit charges for Human Effort.
Stage 1 (Initial Consult): Once a consultant has reviewed your case and provided a checklist, service payment is considered "Consultation Fee" and is non-refundable.
Stage 2 (Form Filling): Once the forms are drafted in our system, 70% of the total service fee is non-refundable.
Stage 3 (Submission): Once the application is submitted or applied online to the embassy/VFS, 100% of the fee is non-refundable.
THE GRANT OF A VISA IS AN ACT OF SOVEREIGN DISCRETION. Rejection based on:
Insufficient Funds.
Weak Ties to Home Country.
Fraudulent History.
Incomplete Documentation by Client.
...will NOT result in a refund of our consultancy fee.
By clicking "Proceed to Pay," the Client makes a Binding Declaration:
"I acknowledge that the consultancy service is performed upon the delivery of the document checklist and advisory."
"I waive my right to initiate a 'Service Not Received' or 'Product Not as Described' chargeback with my bank (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, etc.) in the event of a visa rejection."
"I agree that any payment dispute will first be routed through the Visa2Visit Grievance Redressal Officer."
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (Amended 2026), we provide a formal path for complaints:
